My old nemesis. My greatest enemy!

So yeah, I wasn't able to post anything last month because I couldn't get anything past the thousand-word minimum. In light of this I have decided that I am going to just try and write a few things this year. In hindsight, "one story each month" was probably me biting off more than I could chew, considering I'm only just getting back into writing.

Closing thoughts: Dialogue is hard to write. I hate it. I hate it so much.

I've made some decent progress on the story I want to finish by the end of the month.

One small issue.

You see, I do not control my muse. Every so often, I get the urge to write something out of nowhere. And now my muse is demanding that I write... smut. Now, I am not completely new to this form of fanfiction. You will not find any such writing from me online, but I have done it before.

I am cringe, and that's based. I will never be based and that's not cringe. There's no one I'd rather be than me

I lied. I wrote a thing. Should be up at some point. Maybe soon, maybe not.

All that ever ends up happening is that I don't follow it. I say "Hey, I've been feeling pretty inspired lately! I'll set a schedule for myself to finish writing that story by Sunday!" and then immediately after I say that the inspiration is just like "Nah bro I'm out"

And right during the first week of work, too. If it was some kind of office job, I could still show up, I'd just have to wear a mask and whatnot. But working in food service is different. Can't very well prepare food for people if I can't go fifteen minutes without sneezing, can I?

Anyways, expect a new story to drop soon.

Good news: If the country manages to survive this, chances are that the GOP is going to be rendered effectively dead.

Bad news: Lots of people are getting hurt really badly. I can only hope that most of the people get hurt are the terrorists and not the people defending democracy.
