By now I'm sure everyone has heard that the upcoming season of FIM will the last. And I think this is wonderful news, albeit a little sad. One of the hardest things about friendship is having to say goodbye and I will miss the show. Hey guys Stallion of Steel here with a quick update, I've been making some major progress in the last few days. I think the next chapter should be up hopefully Tuesday at the latest. I was able to get in about three hours non-stop of writing in today. So fingers crossed we'll see something soon.

So I know this nothing to do with Friendship is Magic, But I just learned that Stan Lee passed away today. He was 95 years old. I can't even imagine living that long. Stan was a man who needs no introduction. His characters and stories have touched the lives of countless people across the world. The world has lost a legend and that loss touches all of us whether you read comics or not. He will appear for his final posthumous cameo in the upcoming Avengers film in May of next year.

I got a new laptop today, the circuit board for my mouse and keyboard gave up on my old one. But I've had it since 2015 and it had a good one. But it was time for an upgrade And my new one is sleek, chic, and magnifique. It's a sleek dark sliver and the buttons are larger and easier to press, so I can crank out sentences in a snap. So hopefully I'll get back to writing soon. I needed a few days off anyway.

So we a had a pretty nasty storm blow thru last night. Lost power around 5:30 when a transformer blew. Just got on about 30 minutes ago. I didn't get much sleep last night, woke up three times, finally woke up for good around 5:50 I think. Had some coffee used up what was left of my computer's power to play games and then waited for it to get bright enough to read. I tell you one day without power was enough to drive me nuts. So I celebrated the not quite as big 29 today, Went out to the Strip for steak with my parents and grandparents. Along with appetizers of pretzel bread and sides of loaded baked potatoes, scalloped potatoes, and shrimp cocktails. Add a pint of Oktoberfest draft on tap and birthday cake for dessert and I've had a fulfilling birthday. Which means tomorrow...Ugh well, I had fun and that's what counts right?

Hello again everyone, I just got back home yesterday. Had a busy vacation with not a lot of time for writing, so I decided to take some time off in the hopes of giving my creativity a chance to rest. But I'm back now and ready to resume our adventure.

So right now I'm in Atlanta spending the week with my Dad and his family. And I think I going to take some time off from writing. I'm been putting an average of two hours a day lately, and I have very little to show for it. So I've decided to blow the whistle, punch my timecard, and enjoy some father-son bonding.
