First, I'd like to apologise for not writing on Let the Magic be Doubled! for a long time. I made the mistake of trying to write a chapter a month and get it on site in a timely manor. I was amazed to see The Love Bug at the top of the Popular stories column, last night! This lets me know that I must be doing something right. I'm encouraged to continue on other stories I've been working on. I'm inclined to get them a bit more finished where there won't be delays like 'Let the Magic be Doubled!' has had. Again, thanks guys!.

Thank you, readers, for the favourites. This was just an idea that I had about making peace between Cadence and Chrysalis Chrissy. It seems that MLP has a penchant for reforming villains and this seemed one way to go about it. Chrissy has been accepted by the village ponies (they're so remote, they never heard of changelings) and is quite content in what she does. Cadence will see to it that Chrissy is left alone to practice her trade. One day, Chrissy will find her special somepony.

I haven't given up on Magic but the creative muses in my head (need to see if I can charge them rent?) have sent me in different directions. I have a Princess Cadence one shot that had to get out. I will be putting it on line in the next couple of days. From idea to finish was about a week.

I have to appologise to you readers. I wanted to try and get a chapter out each month and managed to miss May. I've been busy at work and it's the beginning of MLP and Anthro convention season. And I've been writing on other stories that I will be publishing in the future. Chapter five is in outline form and I am (slowly) fleshing it out. I will strive to get it out before the end of this month.

The next chapter is out. I'm trying something new. I'm making Trixie's internal dialogue in italics in the first person. I feel this will make it easier to distinguish between thoughts and spoken dialogue. Let me know if the new format is a keeper or not. I noticed on the first site read that the underline function seems to have malfunctioned. I'll tidy that up shortly. Fixed it.

It was late but I did a rewrite of the first chapters and added a new prologue. There were some timeline issues that needed fixed. Trixie was isolated away from other ponies and couldn't have known that Twilight defeated Tyrek or why/how her magic returned. She would have thought that Twilight still lived in the Golden Oak Library and would not have known why Twilight's cutie mark appeared above the treeline.

I've been looking at the story and feel a some changes are in order to fix a few problems. I want to start the story a few weeks earlier than the prologue and there were a couple of timing issues. The overall flow and plot will remain the same.

Well... chapter two is out. Trixie had a heck of a sad foalhood. With all of that potential being wasted, no wonder she started becoming bitter later in life. Well, hopefully, Twilight can help her with her magic and with her relationships with other ponies.

I haven't given up on Let the Magic be Doubled! I am having to spend some of my writing time actually working. I've also been working on my TaviScratch story again. I will get the next chapter out most likely mid February.
