My little Cora kitty is responding much much better to her two medications now.

She is acting healthier and more like herself. We were sooo worried we might have to make that scary sad decision. But she is finally acting like a cat and like herself again. Still not eating as much but we will get there as she is eating on her own more now. We still are syringe feeding her with her medications.

My husband and I recently adopted a kitty oddly enough the day after my birthday in June. And we weren't looking to adopt a cat after our senior cats passed away...but our little Halloween Kitten came home. Well she looks like kitten but she is a 12 year old cat. Who sadly was in the shelter for over a year before she picked us.

I know I haven't been chatty much. But I love my job and having the promotion is pretty exciting too. New responsibilities as a Sale's Lead which is really another name for manager.

Also... my grandmother...my dad's mother. She was put in hospice care and was having lots of complications with her Alzheimer's Disease. And well today she passed away...so I think the funeral will be sometime this weekend...

I'm doing well nothing bad has happened lately. I actually really really enjoy my job in retail. I work at a children's clothing store called Crazy 8. I started at the sister store called Gymboree first. With Gymboree closing at the location closest to my home I transferred to Crazy 8. I liked both stores but I seem to have found my place at Crazy 8 more.

So I am now 30 and I don't feel any different but yay.

I have figured out what I want my man to cook for my birthday dinner. Lemon pepper chicken with steamed broccoli and a baked potato. But obviously dinner will be made later and he is a great cook. Yay.

Like any other birthday it's just another day. So I'm turning 30 big deal. I am not doing much tomorrow anyway. So meh... going to be 30 tomorrow. The only exciting thing I am doing is my man is making me a Birthday Dinner. But I can't even decide what I want him to cook. So yay me...

I'm sorry I haven't been too talkative lately. I'm happy to say I'm healing up well after my wisdom tooth stuff. I'm glad I got all 4 teeth pulled at the same time.

I am also happy to say I have got a new job at the mall at a store called Gymboree. I actually like it its fun being in retail again. I still have only been hired on as holiday help but its been hinted that I might be full hired. So yaaaay! But still glad to have a job again.
