I'm not exactly sure when the pony-related stuff started up, but at some point in my dream Twilight Sparkle appeared and became pregnant. Her coltfriend (never got a good look at his features) ran to visit her in the hospital. He got lost inside, and the scene played out like something out of American Dad!, but he eventually found her.
