I did not expect a reception this good for my first chapter of my first story.
While I was working today I happened to have a quick look at my phone and saw that I had a bunch of new emails, curiously I had a look and they were all related to my story. I didn't expect many would read but trackers and favorites as well as a 5-star review.

Alright that is the first chapter of my first novel to be submitted, let's see if it get approved.
I'm starting to think I went a little too deep to start with, I really should have got it properly edited but anyhoof, what's the worst that could happen.

Well I managed to get emlan's permission to use her picture of Lyra and Bon-Bon on the beach as my cover image for Plucking Strings and Broken Wings so that's remotely exciting. I'm in a small rush as I have to go be a delivery pony for my day job however I just wanted to deliver the good news before I left.

Ok first blog post, I started this to improve my basic writing skills and vocabulary for practice for my upcoming exams. That's right I'm using ponies as study.
As mentioned I am looking pre-reader's for a first time fan fic writer (gross job I know). Anyways hope you all read my first upcoming story: Plucking Strings and Broken Wings, it's about Lyra and Bon-Bon, through the eyes of a particular attractive pegasus pony.
