Hi, I guess this is my short bio. Well, all you need to know about me can be found on my user page. Don't go there unless you want to know about the horrors I created.

So...

I don't know what to say. Not because 'oh, I just got this account and I don't know what to say'. If you've seen the fic I attempted to write before, you probably know why I don't know what to say. If not, let's keep it that way. However, I will tell you why that FanFic was such a failure. To sugar coat it, the story featured a Mary Sue (though technically it was a Marty Stu), it attempted to cross over three different stories/shows (including MLP FiM, obviously), and the plot was terrible. Yeah, that was sugar coating it. The reason that came to be was because of complete ignorance. Ignorance of how to write basic literature, ignorance of what makes good FanFiction material and what doesn't. I learned that all the hard way, because apparently I felt the best way to learn was to dive into the deep end and post my first story without even looking at examples or guides. And I supose I did learn something from it: when learning something you are very unfamiliar with, don't dive off the deep end and declare yourself completely able to do that thing.

So, why am I briefly telling you about a lesson I have learned? Well, obviously you took the time to actually read all of this, so perhaps this is some reward you get for reading it all; hearing about a life lesson of mine. Though that's about where the reasons end. You may have had an expirience like this at some point in your life similar to this, but I felt I needed an outlet to explain that I have changed: I am no longer the ignorant person who thought they knew everything and decided to write a Fanfic. So who knows, maybe I may return to this site in the future and attempt to have another go at writing fics. But until I feel comfortable and ready to write, that won't happen for quite some time.
