Got my new tablet! Hope it doesnt break this time XD
It is very touch sensitive and has multi-touch this time XD (glass panel (iPad like) touchscreen rather than similar to a 3DS touchscreen)
Anyway, Thanks to an app I got called Ponu (My Little Pony news app), I found out that there are going to be 26 episodes in Season 4! This is so great!
My Interactive HiE Story idea is not a cliché!!! BUCK YES!!!
But in all seriousness, I will need to get to work on it
Sorry for the inactivity. Trying to get my time ordered out. I am gonna try to get SOME form of update to a story out, but again, it may take time :c
Also, I have an idea for an interactive story (\(^u^)/)
So I heard about Alicorn Twilight becoming canon, and well... I like the idea. I am just expecting a twist near the end where she decides NOT to become a princess to remain with her friends. So even IF she DOES stay a princess, I am not like those people that overreact to the smallest change of detail in the show.
TL;DR version:
Second point...
I now have 2 computers. one is running a TF2 server under Linux Mint 14 Nadia, and the other is running Windows 7. It is rather effective unless I have to check the Linux terminal, I have to switch the monitor cable from one to the other and back again ^.^"
But yeah, if you want the link to my TF2 server, I can give it to you, and if you run into any problems (it has happened before where no one could connect), please let me kinow by PM cause the server will be running continuously.
My mom gave me her old Windows 7 tower (it doesnt seem to work right. It powers itself off for no reason after upwards of an hour.) and if I can get it working, I will have a Linux SERVER computer and a Windows computer :D. I have always wanted something like that after I wanted to have a client and a server for TF2 on two different computers, not on the same one.
But truth be told, that computer is as stubborn as a mule. No offense.
Hello all.
There are three points to make here.
1: I have decided to keep going with Linux Mint. It feels easier to use to me than a Windows system that lags every ten seconds.
2: Chapter 6 of Journey to Equestria is being typed up. I hope I don't run out of ideas.
3: I am regretful to say that ABDCT is going on hiatus once again :c. I just don't have any ideas for it at the moment.
Welp. There you go.
Yep, it happened. Windows XP died on me when I tried installing Linux Mint alongside it. Now I have a full Linux installation on my computer. There's advantages and disadvantages to this.
+It is a HELL of a lot faster than Windows XP.
+uses packages instead of installers.
+drivers installed automatically for new devices (like my wireless adapter, thank Celestia).
-As it is a new OS, it will take time to get used to.
-It does not run .exe files without a special app called Wine.
