So HAPPY... · 2:28pm Oct 19th, 2014
I bought the game "Shovel Knight" for my 3DS yesterday.
Suffice it to say...
This game is damn awesome. :D
Yeah, I may not be on for very long today because of this brilliant game.
Never a dull moment on the ice, eh? Too bad the American girls lost at Olympic hockey again this year..

I dunno...I always kinda liked NES-style graphics...
Seriously. I couldn't tell you the entire plot of every season finale and opener, but I could describe in complete detail exactly how the magical friendship rainbow lasers defeat the enemy at the end. Even when they gave us the magical rainbow hair ponies (powered by the money in your pocket), it was still a stupid Deus Ex Machina.
Mix it up a little, why don't ya, Hasbro?!?!
OH MY GOD IT'S HAPPENING
Here's an article, in case you haven't heard the news.
Popeye is my absolute favorite old-school cartoon character, but he hasn't done anything legitimately new since the Robin Williams Popeye movie and/or arcade game, so seeing him back in action (hopefully) is very exciting to me. Let's hope it gets green-lit, eh?
Never seen the real movie, but I know what happens. (Basically...) Anyways, I found this video, and for absolutely no reason, it absolutely made my day.
Take. All. My. Money. :D
So my dad and I have been watching a bunch of the Zucker Bros.' comedies recently, and this weekend we watched the first two Naked Gun movies (both absolutely excellent, by the way). I absolutely loved the Airplane movies as well, and I'm hoping I can find some episodes of Police Squad! later today.
Anyways, I went and looked up Leslie Nielsen, who acted in The Naked Gun movies as the main character, Frank Drebin.
Turns out he passed away in 2010.
That kinda made me sad...
I haven't even seen this movie...
But I feel like I don't need to. Like the Critic says, crime is about breaking the law for your own personal gain.
This movie isn't about that.
I found this horrible, horrible website on line called CreationScienceStudy. This is their page on Robin Williams' passing.
http://creationsciencestudy.wordpress.com/et,
Do yourself a favor, people - don't let yourself get like this. If your reasoning for saying someone sacrificed lambs is that you read it on the Internet, I think you need a kick in the head.
Damned Super-Christians...
In remembrance of Robin Williams, the brilliant comic and actor who passed away today, here is one of his funniest stand-up specials to cheer you up.
I hope this lightens the mood a little bit.
If you're doing stories where you invent pony places and such, here's a good page for you:
It helps.
