So, uh...this is awkward.
I'm just some guy that occasionally finds himself with a bit too much free time. What you see here is the result.
So, uh...this is awkward.
I've missed you guys. Really, I have.
Boy, I've been gone a while. Been doing a bunch of things that have kept me occupied.
Including my latest project for FIMFiction.
I'll start posting it up in a few days...probably Saturday. This "story" will be quite unlike my previous ones. It still follows a chronological order, but it doesn't follow just one pony or any one series of events. The chapters are all related, it's just...well, I guess you'll figure it out once I start posting them up.
OK, so, right now, I'm at work. Don't worry, I'm not on the clock. I just have somewhere to be in about an hour, so there's no point to driving home just to turn around and come back, so...here I stay.
Let me preface this by stating that what I am about to write is irredeemably stupid.
There, now that's out of the way.
As I write this, there remain three chapters and the epilogues to the story "Oathbound." That's it. Which is why this blog post is just so unforgivably ridiculous.
Ow.
So, all this writing and such has given me a headache, and I need a break. But I'm tired of being silent here on FIMFiction, so I'm gonna do something to try and break the ice. It'll be experimental, so don't get mad if it doesn't work. I'm well-known for my bad ideas.
Dude. That was fun.
This episode had a lot going for it. I had been longing for a bit more worldbuilding since the season premiere, and this episode promised exactly that. They gave us a new area, namely, the land of Griffinstone, inhabited by *SPOILER ALERT* Griffins!
"He's posting about upcoming stories? Shouldn't he be more concerned with finishing the one he's already on?"
If that (or something like it) is your first thought when seeing that headline, I understand. But thankfully, I'm nearing completion with Oathbound, so I'm permitting myself the luxury of looking ahead (if only for today). Basically, I just want to talk about what I'd like to do and request feedback on what you guys would like to actually see.
Hey guys, just a quick word today. As some of you may have noticed, I've made my Steam name available here on my profile, and I'm perfectly open with becoming friends with any of you, but because there are so many phishers and scammers and spammers and all other manner of unsavory individuals out there, I've taken up a new policy of rejecting all friend requests UNLESS one of two things is true: 1) I know you or have a lot of friends in common with you, OR 2) You leave me a
So, this was a fun weekend.
Let's go chronologically. Episode six of the season was...well, pretty fun, actually. Applejack's back doing rodeo stuff like in "The Last Roundup," and we got to see Braeburn again! And hey, whaddya know, he's actually got a bit of a personality this time around!
...Even if that personality is a bit of a lazy loafer.
