I still can't seem to find my footing with the Once Upon a Time Re-imaginging novelization idea i'm trying to work on!

I've had this idea (Though i wish i could get HELP on) is this idea of the Once Upon a Time story re-imagined. Were Emma is the savior, but she's not the daughter of Snow White and Prince Charming, but just a random single mother off the streets with a boy named Henry (Who's still pretty much the same kid just raised by Emma) and it would take place entirely in the Enchanted Forest and other magical realms.
