I haven't updated in a long time. I figure I may as well call the project on hiatus at this point. Currently dealing with a lack of inspiration and a surplus of depressing circumstances.

I'm not cancelling it, but I haven't been able to write recently. I'll update when I resume work, and my sincere apologies to anyone currently invested in the story.

Unfortunately, I haven't really gotten anything done in my fic for about a week, with personal responsibilities and other projects going on. Truly sorry for not posting earlier, but I'll have to suspend my fic for a week. I'll try to update by next Sunday.

Gah... I'm terrible with deadlines, even ones I make for myself.

Phew, it's been far too long since I've updated. I am indeed working on the next part, but it's been a very hectic and tiring week. The next part will be released BY TOMORROW - I promise. I'll try to update more frequently.

Sorry for taking so long updating the next part. I finally got a review and am revising a few matters before progressing. Nothing very significant will be altered, so you don't need to reread anything if you've already read it!

Mostly, Luna will have some rewriting. A reviewer pointed out to me that she seems too timid, and the reveal of Celestia's evil spirit could use some development.

Got word from the prereaders. Despite the commonality of Celestia tyrant fics, they say I have a shot for a feature if I fix a few things up. Sorry for delaying the next update; it will probably be done tomorrow afternoon, after revising the rest of my work.

Still picking through previous parts of my fic; only a few small fixes, like grammar and occasional awkward word usage. Got my first downvote, which somehow affected me more than I expected. Damn my neurosis. I'll get used to it.

Working on part 4; maybe out tomorrow if I get the time.

Got a message that Sunshine Forever is headed for EqD's prereaders, so there still is some hope for a feature.

I've changed my name to Nug TWH to prevent offending those unfamiliar with the reference of my last name. This change also applies to my name on Bronynet, if you're friends with me there.

Short blurb on part 4: there will be a narrative from a new member of the mane 6 - all of them will tie into the story and have their own side plots at some point.

Anyways, haven't heard back from EqD about a possible feature yet. Understandable, given that they probably get a metric ton of fanfics shipped to their inbox every day, but still... I'm sort of nervous about being rejected.

Even if I don't make it to EqD, it won't affect my work. A feature would be great, but not necessary for me to continue writing.
