Ugh, why is writing so hard, any tips?

Ok, you're probably gonna think i'm lying, but i had a pony dream last night, not a normal pony dream, it was me staring at a mirror, but instead of my reflection I saw my OC. My movements matched his, from breathing, to eye motions. Can anyone explain this?

I think i may write a fic, just maybe.
