Giving out a warning to everyone for the next chapter of "Sigil of Souls", which should be coming out in the next few days...

This chapter, "Filling the Cup", is, quite honestly, a chapter I've been planning out since before I even started writing this story and the biggest plot-wise so far. I warn you that in addition to having more graphic content (in spite of my attempts to shift a lot of it "off screen"), it is also going to be my longest stand-alone chapter by far.

This latest chapter is supposed to be the "biggest" one so far in the story and will resolve about roughly half of the outstanding mysteries, and as such it is growing physically bigger by the minute. I don't really relish the idea of another "Part I", "Part II", etc., so even though this one is mostly one very long continuous scene I'm thinking about still breaking it up into separate chapters.

Still haven't decided on the breakdown yet, though, as I'm not even done writing the chapter yet.

As of today, "Sigil of Souls: Stream of Memories" is now the 99th longest story on the entire site.

...Kind of crazy to realize there's 98 stories even longer than mine, long-winded as I am, but at least I cracked the top 100.

Sorry the next chapter is taking so long. It's one of two of the final action sequences of "Daybreak" and so it's quite large, and will probably end up being at least two chapters.

I recently wrapped up the first draft of my outline for the upcoming "Daybreak" volume of "Sigil of Souls, Stream of Memories".

On first look...it's huge. I think it's going to easily be twice the size of "Nightwatch". I can see if I can relocate some of the stuff to Volume Three as I anticipate that one being smaller, especially since there's going to be plenty going on in Volume Two already.

Although technically the "milestone" chapter for the fanfic was in the last two chapters when the Humane Six finally met up, this next one is going to be a doozy.

I've been trending toward chapters that are too long but, seriously, this one is the most massive yet mostly because it features the first major battle of the story, although I'll warn you in advance a lot happens afterward. I may end up having to split this one into three or even four parts.
