Due to oversleep and, admittedly, lack of discipline on my part, I'm not able to finish the next Gift chapter today—by that, I mean finish the chapter as something I deem good. Since I don't do any writing work on Sundays, expect the next chapter to be up on Monday or, at worst, Tuesday.

I'm back from my hiatus. The Gift of Giving should be tagged as Incomplete once more.

I also feel a bit telly today, so I'll go on and explain something.

You may have noticed that I didn't post a chapter over the past week. The Christmas and New Year's festivities began in earnest, and, unlike before, I just couldn't keep up the drive to write when I should be taking a break. So, I'm in a writing hiatus until January 14. I'm still open for PMs and will still brainstorm on stories, but I won't do much writing during this time.
