Where's that Northland chapter?

It's suffering a delay caused by Fiona Hughes, the unimportant flavour character at the end of Tyra B. Her story has haunted me for some time now, to the point where I had to get the damn thing out of my head. I blame the new cover art. Tyra has two chapters now and the platform will hopefully not receive any further returnees.
