Have you ever lied to child? Would you?
Zecora has difficult choices to make that will challenge how she views herself. Here's chapter 7 of Outland: Truth and Consequences. Sorry it was so long coming.

Work issues dragged on until late this week so that I was unable to have another chapter of Outland ready this weekend. It might take another week or two before I can get back on track. Sorry for the delay. I have nevertheless been doing some thinking about Outland and where it's going. That being said, I would like to get your feelings on the story so far, whether publicly in a post or privately as a PM. Either way our opinion would be highly appreciated!
I am taking a brief two week hiatus in releasing new chapters of Outland due to work obligations. I'll be back on my regular schedule the weekend if the 25th.
However, just to give you a taste of what to expect, here's a bit of Chapter 7: The Slippery Slope
===================
Twilight heard a familiar voice calling out.
“Hey, Your Majesty!” said Sweetie Belle trotting up to her. “When are you gonna do another shift at the Princess Burger?”
It's funny how our perceptions of things can change radically over time. Circumstances change. Growth happens. Facts come tumbling down on us like proverbial tonnes of bricks. It's almost as if the universe enjoys rubbing our noses in our own previous beliefs about others and ourselves.
I hope you enjoy Outland Chapter 6: Changing Perspectives.
In chapter 5 things don't always go the way our heroes would like. Life is like that sometimes. There is one consolation, though: it's through the fire of adversity that relationships grow.
I hope you enjoy chapter 5: Fire and Water.
Outland chapter four is all about not being there. Not being where your family and friends thought you would be once you grew up. Not being today where you promised you would be yesterday. Being told to make yourself scarce, or to be somewhere that you don't want to be.
And where is Spike, anyway?
Dear friends,
How much of our lives depend on our senses? How diminished would we feel if we were to lose one or more of them? Still, there's more than one way to perceive a cat ('cause ponies don't skin cats, don'tcha know!) And anyway, even a full set of senses doesn't guarantee that what you will perceive is the truth.
Outland chapter three is published: Sensations and Perceptions.
