I have a prequel in the works, giving Deadeye's back story.

Problem is The Sun's Knight; Deadeye's Tale is a bit of a shit title, and the only other one I can think of is The Moon's Knight.

If any of you have any better ideas, lay them on me.

I am thinking of changing 'Alec''s name to something more pony sounding. It won't affect the story at all, it'll just be a case of opening each chapter and replacing the name. 'Alec' will however remain as the name of the human whose memories he has.

So, simply upvote my comment with your choice.

His name will change to 'Lightning Rider'.

Oh, and to those of you still waiting patiently for other updates... I have no excuse. I've got ideas, but no drive to get them out. Hmm... Maybe this'll work. How would any of you like to see a WIP chapter, and keep me on task?

First up - Sun's Knight. Cancellation is being cancelled. The Sun's Knight Lost Scenes might have more added, but that is doubtful, so it will be marked as complete. That's the first good news.

My friend and editor Corwin suggested using the last chapter I had written and to link them up. At the time, that escaped me, but now that I have actual physical work to do, it allows my mind to wander.

Since the last update, I have only managed to achieve 1212 words. I have no idea what to do with it. So, from this point on, The Sun's Knight, and by extension the Lost Scenes, are cancelled.

I apologise to those who have been waiting patiently, but I just can't bring myself to continue it.
