I am sure we all written stories which have gotten likes and dislikes without comments to explain them. With only those for feedback, you become uncertain as what you did to deserve either. The longer the story becomes, the greater the frustration becomes of what has earned the respect or ire of your readers. This is doubly confusing if you are rewriting your story from the ground up and start getting dislikes for what you assumed were improvements.

Yeah, you probably noticed I broke up the first two chapters. Some of you might even have noticed I got an editor who did the first edit on the prologue on Wednesday.

I will probably write a short chapter about what happens to Twilight and Lyra as I am too busy to write another 17k word chapter in a 5 hour period.

An editor would be really nice, since I would go insane if I had to write a long chapter and then edit it. You get sick of it at the end and just don't want to see your work anymore.

Finally, I am struggling on how I should write the summary text to advertise my story and what cover image I should use. If you have ideas, tell me.

I decided the story needed a short prologue so people could get to know the characters better. It will also give people more understanding of why I gave the story the Sad tag despite the comedic elements I have in many of my future chapters.

As for Chapter 2, it is almost done. I have about three thousand more words to write, and then I just have to edit it. It should be out by the time Pinkie Apple Pie is up on youtube, but it might be out later if I sleep in.

I know I am writing slowly, but what can you expect from this undergrad senior, obviously majoring in philosophy. I expect to be done the end of the week at latest. The next chapter of Pony Dialogues I believe will be very exciting. In the comments, either here or under the story, feel free to tell me about thinkers or issues you would like to see me address via the complex land of colorful ponies.
