It was one I worked on with PyraFlare Bullet before he stabbed me in the back. It was a Bill Cipher Displaced that was part of some crazy multiverse thing... I don't know. Anyways, after doing some tinkering with the scrapped concept, I was able to recycle the old parts from the Displaced project, got rid of the Displaced aspect of it, doctored up some of the lines to follow suit, bob's your uncle, fanny's your aunt, I got me a streight-up Bill Cipher in Equestria story that is 100% Displaced
