This might even remind folks of one of my older entries.

Been thinking about some things, and sometime soon - say, before the end of this month - "Six Nights" is getting some minor editorial tweaks. Adjustments for stuff that, on reflection and review, doesn't really make sense, or won't make sense in context to later stuff to come.
I almost wish I was unemployed, y'know? Then I'd have time to get everything done.
Some kind, anonymous soul went and commissioned another kind soul to do fanart of Sunrunner, as she'd be in an Equestria Girls story.
Alas, I can't seem to get the image to show up here, so you'll have to settle for a link.

Now if only I could get one for Quiver Quill...
"Six Nights (and a Day) With Sunset" is finished, posted, and up for everyone to read and (ideally) enjoy. Egads this has been a long ride.
Over four hundred views for the story, nearly fifteen hundred total views, fifty-five comments, and for every dislike, I've got eleven more likes. That's brilliant by my reckoning.
Well, work has decided to be a bigger pain in the butt than normal. Add to it that I'm dealing with crap at home. It's summer, which means yard work and assorted other outdoorsy crap. And who has to deal with that? ME.
I've said it once and I'll say it again, Quiver Quill drew from real life experience.
I have good news and bad news, folks.
The bad news is that I have mandatory overtime at work this Saturday. I also had it yesterday, so my writing was prevented.
The good news is that I am almost done with Chapter Seven of "Six Nights"; only two more chapter sections are waiting to be written, and with luck, I'll get them knocked out on Wednesday. If not, I'll have them done by the end of next weekend.
I've outlined everything I want to pack into Chapter Seven of "Six Nights". I've already got nearly 3,500 words typed out for it, and I'm hoping that it doesn't turn out quite as long as Chapter Six, but however long it gets, I'm hoping folks are pleased with it.
And when I say that something is good news, I mean it. Chapter Six of "Six Nights (and a Day) With Sunset" is finished, and I've started on the seventh chapter.
My longest MLP story to date, and it's due to get longer, given Chapter Six and the epilogue are totaling thirty thousand words (roughly). I'm freaked out, how about the rest of you?
Chapter Six of "Six Nights" is almost done. One more segment to finish off the chapter, and it'll be done and ready for posting.
Gotta say, I'm happy about this. I've been looking forward to writing out Chapter Seven for ages, and once it's banged out, both it and the epilogue will be up in short order. And then, I'll be able to move on to another pony 'fic.
Fingers crossed that next one gets out before year's end.
"Six Nights (and a Day) With Sunset" is currently my longest MLP story to date. Has been for a long time, but the reality's sinking in; all of it, including what hasn't yet been posted, clocks in at almost 61,000 words. And a fair chunk of that is the epilogue, which will be the longest chapter of the story by far. Sorry about that.
