Should I make a sequel to my recent story where Spike and Sweetie Belle get married or do the original idea of their first Hearth's Warming Eve as a married couple with the wedding being a flashback?

Alright, the latest story I wrote was for a contest and I'm doing some last minute changes as of this moment.
I'm not expecting to win, as of Follow Focus's new story (great title by the way man. got me choking on my supper while reading it), but I want to at least make a story that's better than most others.
