If you dont find happiness in something you do, dont do it.

I quit my shitfull job. Like 4 weeks ago, and got a new job, same industry, different employer.
The guys im working for a pretty chill, and by pretty chill i mean their standards of my work are realistic, and I can do realistic. I can even do good, on occasion. Regardless I am much happier now, I even smile once in a while.
