Quite a few of you reading Persona EG have commented that you've never played a Persona game. Some of you, at this point, may be starting to wonder:

I thought I'd take a moment to explain, in brief, how the Persona games (at least since Persona 3) work, so that you'll understand the flow of Persona EG, which is constructed to be a mix of a Persona game and a light novel.
