I just did some math and figured out I am up another 1500ish words today.
That puts chapter 5 - Applebucking season around 13k so far.
Currently I have finished 19 of 30 planed scenes in the chapter, but almost all of the longer ones are in the section that is already finished, as those 1.5k words for today made up two scenes.
As one of the many random idea's I was considering as a thank you for 150 up votes, here I present a brief sample of 'Dusk Shine's Saga - Audio Edition' recorded by myself. It's a little rough as my cat got confused and jumped onto my chest and then my phone received a message but I figured I'd let you guys see it and let me know what you think!
I don't know if its thanks to Wrabbit and Frankie's hard work helping me edit, the offer of a 3rd editor to assist, or that you people just like me, but we are getting damn close to 150 up votes! That being said we are nowhere close to any cut content I could put out as a bonus to thank you guys so instead, I'll leave this blog here and ask your opinion! First of all guys, want to introduce you to my new editor the very kindly Wrabbit. He has already started helping me with the old chapters and we are almost fixing all the issues with the prologue! Dear Princess Luna, during Cadence's recent visit I spent real time talking with Rarity's assistant Opal while they had tea downstairs. Even in those two short hours I learned a lot of small details about her, and about feline's in general that expanded upon what I already knew about her people before. Sorry for the lack of updates. Just having some major issues with the next chapter. Every time I get a paragraph or two written my head craps out on me. Going to stop trying to force it and relax for the next day or so and just play some random games for fun for a while. Sorry for not even being close to my release schedule and hopefully you guys don't burn my house down over this cause I have two cute cats who really would be upset if you did ;.;
My backs been a huge pain the last few days so I decided to have a few coke and rums and try out that editing program I was talking about yesterday. It's been working rather good I just haven't had the energy or will to do any proper work so I only got Dusk Shine's Saga Prologue and Chapter 1 reedited.
