Evening folks!

I'm glad everyone enjoyed the most recent chapter! I'm afraid I'm going to have to delay the next one just a wee bit. I had a Christmas project I had planned but -totally- forgot about. I'm going to get that finished ASAP but I don't know how long that will take. :S On the plus side, once that's done, the only thing I'll need to wait on will be the coverart, so I can resume writing for MM in the meantime.

Chapter 11: Rescue

I know I've been rather absent lately due to Destiny, and I'm happy to say those days are coming to a close. I've reached the critical mass point in playing that game where I'll start to burn out before too long. I'll still continue to play, just not early as much in the coming weeks, which will give me the time to reply to comments and write a bit more. You should also expect the next chapter fairly soon. I certainly hope you all cringe in horror enjoy it!

Evening folks! Work continues on the next MM chapter and I'm hoping to have it done... soonish? In the meantime I was hoping to secure the help of an individual who can help with Latin translations. As we all know XCOM has a penchant for patches with pretentious latin mottos and in an effort to avoid any further embarassing mistakes I'd like to ask if anyone here might help me with some phrases. Any volunteers?

Just how soon that is depends on if Google drive has an archive or refresh option. I sent my final draft from my laptop to the editors to look at and was going to do the final edits and send it again for a final round of review. Problem is, an old version of the chapter was on my desktop and that version updated to Google drive so I just lost my last week's worth of work.

Does Google drive have a history function? : /

Morning folks. Day two of the move to my new apartment is currently in progress. I can now enjoy the luxury a deck plus -significantly- better parking but I'm not completely done yet.

I did want to give an update for the next chapter. It is going to be delayed a bit and that's a good thing. I should probably explain why though.

Hey folks. Just wanted to let everyone know the Mente Materia Supplemental files will be posted... soon? I finished them last night and submitted it for approval (since I'll be keeping all the supplemental files in a separate story), but I haven't heard back yet if its approved or denied. With most of my other stories I've heard back in less than 2 hours if it's approved or not so it's odd that this has taken close to 12 hours. I know I had promised the next chapter this weekend and I swear to God it's getting close but it's just not there yet. Sorry! On the plus side, I took a moment to look at The Long War mod again for Enemy Within. I had originally tried to use the mod but its complex installation process simply wouldn't work for me. When I rechecked the mod's page on Nexusmods, I found that they had redone the mod with a simple installer so I figured I would give it a go to take a little break from writing.

I'll be coming out of training and transitioning into my new schedule soon at work so that will take just a bit of adjustment.
