So I have a tooth infection that's steadily been getting worse, and it came to a head yesterday when the infection caused some painful swelling. I couldn't really concentrate on the story, and I actually had to leave work early because of the pain.

Had my roommate take me to urgent care, but I didn't have cash to pay the upfront fee, so I was refered to the ER.
