My update pace is probably going to slow down some since work is taking me off of cashier now that worker's comp has declared my injury sufficiently healed for regular duty. I am on fire with these last few chapters. I've put out three new chapters in the span of a few weeks and I may almost be done with the next chapter as well. The only issue is an extra scene I wrote up. I don't know if I want to put it in because it seems off. I kind of reveal a few things and find out something, but I don't really know good it sounds. I'm going to either have to sleep on it or if someone wants to take a look at it let me know.

My current chapter is shaping up nicely. I planted a seed for this chapter quite a while ago and it just popped up like a weed all of a sudden. I've managed to pull together over 1500 words for it in less than 12 hours. I have not had that kind of progress in ages. I hope it's the beginning of a resurgence in my inspiration that I feel I've been missing a bit of.

Well, school is out and I'm off for the next three weeks. I want to focus on putting out another chapter, but I have another short story I said I'd write for somebody who requested it. I really need to stop doing that, but I never get requests and barely ever get any critique on my work.

I found a small plot hole that I need to address in the story which actually slowed down my writing. I was pretty sure I was going to be done with the current chapter by the end of the week or at the most next Monday. I get the feeling it might end up a bit clunky now, but I'll try not to make it happen.

Progress came and went with my current chapter. Still working on it, though. I just thought that I'd let you know I was still going with it. I keep having an issue where I want to jump ahead on writing and write the future chapters while there are new ideas popping up in my head.
