It was (obviously) a Scratch/Octavia story. I'm pretty certain it was anthro. Scratch was kinda like a badass with a motorcycle who it's found out later had quite a dark background. Octavia's the star in the orchestra. Eventually there's an annual(?) party of some sort, vinyls mom (who is dead) was important to why the party originally came to be. Octavia says something to vinyl and makes vinyl hate her, and she spends the rest of the story trying to win her back.
