I'm not saying I'm supporting the Creation Club.

But objectively the creation club is a place where modders, can APPLY to get in, everyone can apply, but only the Bethesda approved can put out mods, therefore it is objectively, better than the paid mods some time ago.

Creation Club is where modders can get paid to make good mods for Bethesda games, and be approved like DLC and all mods are tested to work.

But I see your point, and I wouldn't pay for armor or weapon mods, but this COULD yield higher quality mods

I never really minded the paid mods. It's a way for mod devs to get paid to do something that isn't financially viable. Yes, paid weapon/armor mods aren't good, but as the above commenter said, big, high quality mods would be made more often.

I'd say Bethesda aren't entirely to blame for this. After all, they had trouble getting mods onto the PS4 because Sony wanted more and more control over the system. Feels to me more like this was the only compromise Bethesda could get Sony to agree to.

But it still fucks with us that only play on PC. Where we have always been able to have mods, for free. I'm not against donating to the author, or giving them money on patreon. But acting like changing the armor skins is something that you SHOULD pay for is rediculous.
