I am once again looking for a fic I remember reading but can't remember the name of. Thanks for the quick response last time, armin :) Here is my recollection of it:

Pinkie goes to sleep, wakes up in a bleak uncomfortable dream(?) world, and goes to visit her friends.
Fluttershy is emotionally abusive and makes tea for Pinkie that smells like burning plastic. She threatens to commit suicide if the tea is refused. She has birds in her throat(????)
Rarity is unstable, and constantly swears and makes threats, but she never moves from her spot to carry them out.
Twilight is distant, and never does anything but respond distractedly. She is staring at the wall or something like that.
There is some discussion of stairs at some point(?)
Pinkie goes to sleep on the cold metal floor, and wakes up in normal Ponyville. Someone wonders why she's so happy all the time.
