Prelude era
all stories about before the war. Looking at possible causes or some extra insight in characters. Or even stories about the first war for Equestria which caused the banishment of Luna to the moon and the dismantling of the Lunar republic (why do you think it NEW Lunar Republic in the present day?).

Prologue era
All stories at the very start of the coming either coming up to the official start or several weeks or years after

Present era
All stories during the present day Equestria where the world is... you know what just read the group description. Anything in that era, talking about society, politics, war, mythology, etc. about the present day Equestria. I don't recommend end of war stories though, they kinda ruin it but its up to you.

Other
All stories not involved within the given canon of the group but is still a freakin awesome NLR vs SE story.

Characters
All stories involving non-OC characters. the story must be centred around them and their development. They can be about any era but yeah it's mainly about how main characters changed over the years. How they fight and fit into the war, etc. etc. but I say again, the characters MUST BE THE FOCUS, not the scenario.
