So I have a few ideas for 28 pranks later. One serious one and a few joke fics.

so the first one. (the serious one)

is that just after the zombie prank and Rainbow learns her lesson Starlight bursts in the barn with a weak Rainbow Dash yelling for help because she found Rainbow Dash tied up and beaten in a cave near Ponyville and was informed by Thorax (if the episode came out before "To Change A Changeling" Just say she was hanging out with Trixie or something like that) and that a Changeling on the loose. the town then looks at the Rainbow Dash they pranked only for her to try to escape but gets subdued by Twilight who then turned to be a changeling. the town then rushes the real Rainbow Dash to the Hospital while the rest of the mane six deal with the changeling. it turns out that the Changeling was the one who pranked all of Ponyville and the reason why he pranked Fluttershy was because he had a limited profile about Rainbow Dash. if you dont want her to be captured by changelings you can just say she was on vacation or visiting her parents and that she left on a short notice, so she just sent some letters explaining where she was that was intercepted by the changeling and when she and Starlight show up (she was the only pony she saw at the time when she arrived) everypony gangs up on the changeling. if you go the "captured" route then you can end it on the gang visiting Rainbow in the hospital Explaining what happened before ending in a heartwarming note. The "out of town" ending ends like the "captured' one only instead of her in the hospital its just them cooling off outside after dealing with the changeling. you can add more if you like.

Joke ending:

So basically at the climax rainbow dash in a desperate attempt o ward them off throws a chair or stool at the crowd and the rest plays out like the boondocks. while in the riot Rainbow Dash sneaks out of the barn (while saving Scootaloo if you want to) before having a civilized and respectful conversation (comically serious) with Discord or Celestia who magically appears off screen about the lesson at the same time exposing the hypocrisy and danger of the towns plan. it then ends with R.D. and Celestia (and Scootaloo if you want) watching the brawl.
