According to the article, 34% of cases involving whites shooting blacks are deemed "self defense" by the courts. Meanwhile, only 3% of incidents involving blacks shooting whites are determined to be self defense. While some will use scientific racism to assert this just means blacks are more violent, let's be realistic. This is racial bias, pure and simple.
