This here's for the people who have absolutely no idea how to join a group.

So basically, I've went ahead and added an extra line in the folder descriptions that mention the "group leader". And basically, if you'd like to join a group, you have to ask a group leader through a PM. If they refuse to let you join, that's alright. You can still contact me if you'd like to create your own group instead.

And for the group leaders, (myself included,) If you get a PM from a person who'd like to join your group, tell me or another admin ASAP about your decision, so that we could notify the wannabe-group member about your decision, as well as add their name to your group folder.

(Being in multiple groups is perfectly fine.)
