Hi I am doing a new fic in which the three princesses Twilight, Luna, and Cadance get Corrupted by Despair. Any Ideal how they would look? Please help My first Chap is stuck until I get this down.

5679070 How are they corrupted? Is it by a form of black magic? is it visible? can you still see the true princesses fighting for control in the eyes od the corrupted ones? Answer these questions and it should at least give you a starting point.

One way to think about is to imagine you are there in front of them.
Describe what you sense.

What color is Despair or does it have different colors?
Is it smooth or spiky?

If you could hear it what would it sound like?

What would it smell like?
Would it get up your nose and make you cough like formaldehyde?

Would Despair taste salty like snot or tears?

In one of my stories, I described sadness as a great weight that bored down on the characters.
After a while even taking a breath was a struggle.

If you can describe Despair in a sensory way, it would make it easier for readers to feel it in your story.
It's a lot of work but the payoff is a more immersive experience for readers.
