Will they ever get back together?

Of all the reasons I decided to leave the ruins, one of the biggest ones was to save Toriel from her isolation. I mean, Frisk could have stayed and been her child, but would she have ever really been satisfied without love? Of course, she still doesn't have true love at the end of the game, really, but she does have a second chance at re-finding it outside of the ruins.

I'm hoping for a sequel game that might explore this.

This is why I ship Tori and Gory.

I mean, we do see Toriel living her dream and teaching at a school, with Asgore presumably helping out by giving the school a nice redecoration.

This might mean that Toriel could've forgiven Asgore.

And -Although it's a stretch- She has gotten back together getting along fine with Asgore.

It's just an assumption though...

BUT I WILL GO DOWN WITH THIS SHIP!!!

5126770 They're such a precious little family. I imagine it wouldn't be easy for her to forgive him, but that could make their relationship that much sweeter ultimately I suppose.
