I had a similar idea for a fanfiction not too long ago. The main characters are named Cobalt, Alani, Forest, and Rosie, and together they are the Sapphire Splatoon. They are a team of turf war splattlers who are aiming to become an official major league team. Most of the story will be slice-of-life stuff, exploring the characters and whatnot, but there will also be some turf wars when I feel like they need to have some extreme conflict resolution. One of the characters may also be connected to Agent 3 (no promises, though).
