When an Alliance starship receives a distress call from Mindoir, a small border colony in the Attican Traverse, they leapt into action. After the raid was finally stopped a young boy named John Shepard followed his parents down to the surface of the planet in hopes to be just like them.
Shepard discovered a small hole in a destroyed house on the verge of collapse that was too small for a child to hide in, yet he still heard crying coming from it. What he found in the hole though was something that the Galaxy has never seen before.

This story has Twilight Sparkle and Shepard as brother and sister when she was found on Mindoir at the age of seven while Shepard is ten.
The psyche profile will be Twilight being a war hero with Shepard being a sole survivor to balance out each other.
Shepard is an Infiltrator while Twilight is a vanguard. Both of them are going to be a paragon and will help the Rachni.
For the looks department, Shepard will be Caucasian in color, his eyes will be blue, the shape of his head and face will be the default settings, his hair will also be the default. He'll also have a scar that goes down his right eye after his 'sole survivor' moment as he won't have one till then.
For twilight she will still be the adorkable book lover we know and love, will still be socially awkward, but won't be as prone to panic attacks as she is on the show, she will still have them, but she will no longer be consumed by them. After her 'war hero' moment, she'll have a scar on her shoulder that came from a mindless action from Twilight when she was protecting her unit when she took a round meant for her friend.
Twilight won't have biotics on her when she uses magic, but she will have an Omni-tool on her right foreleg.
