He has been warned multiple times, even after putting him on the warning list just before ban I gave him four chances. He has acted like a jackass and been racist more then once.

I will repeat this again since people don't seem to be getting this: This group is not dedicated to doing what we want when we want. This is a group with rules that you must follow, and the mods won't tiptoe around punishing users. Moonman didn't get that through his skull, now he's banned. Please don't be like him and get banned yourself.
