I have complete control of myself in any and all realities but limited control of the world around me on certain plains. Like I can generate objects out of thin air, make people hallucinate, put them in a dress, then make everything in a room suddenly become blue, but no control over physics and the like. In less physical plains though, there I have basically full control over everything. I can also generate entirely seperate dimensions at will in which I am completely omnipotent.
