Super Smash Bros appears in Japan in less than one month and there is still so many possibilities. Of course, an important topic is the music that appears in the stages.

Considering that Namco is working with Nintendo and Monolith Soft is a major developer for Sakurai, it wouldn't be farfetched to assume that Baten Kaitos music should appear in the game. Baten Kaitos has such wonderful music, but if a track should make it in, it should be Condemnation of Darkness from the first game. It fits the feeling of battling on the Fire Emblem stage or even a Xenoblade stage (You know that Xenoblade's going to get major representation). It would be a good way to represent Namco (It's their property), Monolith Soft (They're the developer for the game) and Nintendo (All the Baten Kaitos games were on the Nintendo GameCube. It would have been on Nintendo consoles in general, but a 3rd sequel was canned).

Secondly, I wish to see the Final Boss music from Find Mii 2. No doubt that it's going to be in, since Find Mii's final area is in the game. It's the most memorable part of the side-game anyways.

Also, for the Casino Palace stage, please bring Like a Snake into it. It was a travesty when Port Town Aero Dive in Brawl didn't have this as its main theme and, instead, settled for a remix for Mute City. I know how everyone loves their Mute City, but it still was very disgraceful that it didn't have its home music.

Finally, Lightning Battle. Do I need to say anymore? It'd fit perfectly on the Reset Bomb stage for the 3DS.

I would add Xenoblade music, but that deserves its own thread, considering how very likely Xenoblade is for major Smash Bros representation.

And given what Nintendo has been doing in terms of music I think we can expect full orchestral music

They also do metal and jazz, such as presented in 3D World with Bowser's car and in MK8's Bowser's Castle. But, it's not going to be all orchestral since it's Sora Ltd. that's developing it, not Nintendo EAD.

It's not all bad. Sakurai tends to use a wide mix of genres within the Smash Bros. games. It makes sense, considering the series is Nintendo's melting pot for its series and, thus, shares in many different music styles and other stuff.
