Those of the Equestrian/Gryphon Alliance

The Gryphon Empire - Griffhala, Capital City of the Gryphon EmpireUnlike in the main-verse, relations between the Gryphons and Equestria have always been peaceful instead of a history of conflict the two joining in an alliance during the Age of Chaos when the Draconeques began spreading his chaos to their kingdom. Joining against a common enemy created a friendship forged in fire. Since that day, the two nations have been incredibly close, becoming so reliant upon one another that they are nearly a single nation, now neither would be able to truly thrive without the other, the gryphon's claws giving them the ability to forge weapons of the highest quality, better than unicorns because they can actually feel what they're manipulaitng, as well as having an skilled army and, recently, thunder-powder canons, metal tubes that, when loaded with thunder-power, blast metal spheres at terrifying speeds.

Queen Chrysalis and the Genesis Hive - Greenwood, home to Queen Chrysallis and the Genesis Hive. The first Queen of the Genesis hive to interact with Equestria came to them during the war against the Zebra Tribes, offering their assistance in exchange for a place within their borders to make a home, someplace safe. In exchange, they offered their abilities as spies against the Zebra tribes, gathering crucial information on their magical techniques that took away their edge. Their friendship has continued over time, even with the interactions with less hospitable hives.

Queen Calliphora and the Nekropolis Hive - Grave Keep, Home to Queen Calliphora and the Nekropolis Hive. Queen Calliphora's predecessor was the first queen of Nekropolis to interact with Equestria, well into their ongoing war with the Underpire of the Diamond Dogs. During the worst of it, the Diamond Dog forces quickly cut off ground transportation with the Griffin Empire, and though they could still trade via sky routes, it wasn't nearly as effective... but then the Nekropolis hive came, offering their forces and unique skills to help provide safe passage through what became the Highways of the Dead... in exchange for the bodies of the dead... grizzly as it was, the House Leaders of that time agreed, the majority of mortuaries becoming staffed by the dark changelings, taking the bodies for their purposes after funerals. There are still some funeral that are held in a more traditional manner, but many have taken to using their services since instead of charging bits, they even recompense the families a small sum. Still, tensions have always been much higher with the Nekropolis hive than with the Genesis hive.

The Underpire and their Allies

The Underpire of the Diamond Dogs - Stahl Zwinger, the Diamond Dog capitalThe Underpire of the Diamond Dogs is the great and ancient enemy of Equestria and the Gryphon Empire, their far reaching system of tunnels connecting subterranean fortresses and cities being a constant threat as they strive to take over the surface world. The first attack against Equestria by the Diamond Dogs came when, all at once, the city of Los Pegasus sunk into the earth, and every soul was lost. A messenger was then sent to speak to the Six Houses, telling them that their kingdom, the jewels, their valuables, and their lives were going to be theirs. Of course, the descendents of the mortals who turned a god of chaos to stone would not take this laying down, and the war began.

Queen Miasma and her hive - The Manehattan Sewers, secret home of Queen Miasma and her Hive. Miasma and her hive are a recently formed hive, finding a place in the sewers of Manehattan, put there by the Underpire itself. Yes, Queen Miasma had been a young queen stolen by the forces of the Underpire before she'd even been hatched. Instead of just destroying the egg, the Emperor ordered it kept to be raised and trained to be a changeling hive to serve as a means to their ends. Raised to be a spreader of death and disease, the Underpire managed to tunnel her to the the most metropolitan city in Equestria where she'd have the most resources to work with to corrupt the kingdom from within, poisoning food shipments going through the port city to cause plagues spread through their own trade.

Other Groups or Nations

Queen Ambrosia and the Honeycomb Hive - Grimwood, home to Queen Ambrosia and the Honeycomb Hive. Queen Ambrosia of the Honeycomb hive is a sociopath, and everyone knows it. When Equestria cam into contact with her hive, they sent a peaceful messenger to her... the messenger was returned gutted and made into a mannequin of bone with his coat made into a disgusting excuse for a dress with a note pinned to it saying, "Thanks for the snack, you're a great friend!" From then on, they've been in conflict with her hive, along with the Underpire and Miasma's hive, though she isn't an ally to the Diamond Dogs, preying upon any of their forces that happen upon her domain, but they don't mobilize against her, eager to let her provide a distraction to the Alliance.

The Zebra Tribes - The Plains of the Zebra TribesAt first there was conflict between the gathered Zebra tribes, the two nations warring with one another, but things eventually calmed and there's a peace between their peoples, though tensions are still there. Despite the peace though, the Zebra tribes have done nothing to assist the members of the Equestrian Alliance, their arid lands being devoid of gems and thus of no interest to the Underpire. However, they also will not assist the Underpire in their efforts to conquer the lands they seek, simply willing to sit by and watch.

Queen Myxine and the Hagfish Hive - Bleu Profond, home to Queen Myxine and the Hagfish Hive. As war rages between Equestria and their allies and the Underpire and theirs, there dwells deep under the sea the Hagfish hive of changelings. Waterborne creatures, they have interacted with all, but swear allegiance to none, charging much in exchange for safe sea routes, but dealing with anyone. Their queen, Myxine, is cold and emotionless, attending councils of both alliances in order to make her deals and offers, though some worry about whether or not she's as close with the Blood Honey Queen as she seems to be.

Chaos Disciples - The Chaos Disciples come from all races and nations, Diamond Dogs, Ponies, Changelings, and Gryphons, united by a common cause... anarchy. Wielding unstable chaotic magics, their order works to bring down all governments through acts of terrorism and chaos, from seemingly harmful acts to mass-murders.

Chaos Disciples? interesting...sounds like an important note to make for my story :pinkiecrazy:
