Rules for Threads and Posts
These rules apply to posts within the forum and on the front page.

1. Be courteous to your fellow members. Like mama always said, treat others the way you want to be treated. That means no insulting, flaming, bashing, trolling, etc.

2. If you want to create a thread for your story, try to give it some substance. Asking for feedback/resources, ideas on headcanons, plot suggestions, etc. are a good example of what to do. Don't let it be a shameless self promotion for views. It's annoying and usually does more harm than good.

3. Discussion of headcanon and story/lore ideas is always welcomed and encouraged. That said, don't start an argument or fight over contrasting beliefs. Keep it civil.

4. Please, for the love of Celestia and Luna, don't spam. Nobody likes a spammer.

5. Please do not create a thread asking about the status of your submission. If you have a concern regarding your submission, feel free to PM one of the admins.

6. Follow the general FiMFiction rules for posting you agreed to when you gave Knighty your soul signed up (e.g. no NSFW content).

7. Social threads are perfectly fine. Sometimes just talking to other authors or readers can spark some great ideas you never would have had otherwise. Just make sure they stick to Rule 6.

Beyond that, just use common sense as you would when posting anything else anywhere, and you'll be golden! Welcome to the Vault of War! Gear up, soldiers!
