Soon after Celestia and Luna's downfall, the Princess of Magic is requested to take the throne. Twilight, not wanting to take rule, runs away. Little does she know a certain Earth Pony who has recently lost a sister happens to follow her, and the two unlikely friends embark on a journey filled with hardship, loss, and reflections on their sister and mentor's deaths.
