Hey everyone and everypony. Mischievous Blue here. I am here asking if anybody knows a good free art computer program that I can use to make some cover art for my stories. So far, Microsoft Paint and paint.net have been unsuccessful in fulfilling this task and I know that there has to be one out there (that I don't yet know about) that can satisfy this wish. Please respond if you know of one that you find particularly helpful. Thank you for your time.
