Ranking is not all that important to me, however it is essential to a chain of command. I will rank you up by saying it at the end of the RP session. You will be ranked up by doing brave, smart, and noble things in combat, don't do crazy stunts or impossible things though, combat doesn't work like that.
You can order other lower ranks to do things in combat, that means you can tell other RPers to do something. Don't be mean about it though, I want leaders not dicks. The player ordered to do something has to do it, unless it it's something stupid like "Make Me A Sandwich".
