Hi there, I need some help. I am currently working on a story that has the Equestrian imperial government in a state of failing. The main reasons why are:

1. As things were kept on pause for a thousand years, the old-fashioned government is in a radically different world, so to speak.
2. Besides the Dragonlands, the Crystal Empire, and the Changeling Kingdom, everyone hates Equestria for not helping them (Griffinstone is a good example).
3. A thousand years of stress is catching up on Princess Celestia.
4. And finally, several ponies that are from another dimension that look like villains (but aren't), have entered Equestria, which the government is trying to cover up.
