The idea is Rainbow Dash has an accident and has amnesia, Scootaloo takes her to a rehabilitation center to get better, she does what she can for her sister until she leaves promising to return after school, when she gets home she is taken away and put in an orphanage, as Dash is waiting for her she gets worried and starts to remember, later at night she gets her memories back, escapes, and goes looking for scoots. Scootaloo at the orphanage sad that she will be put in a foster home wishes for Dash to get better and adopt her, Scoots then hearing Dashes voice turns and sees Dash in the door way all better, and they reunite in a hug and they go home together.
