This would be something for discussing the possibility to fan-made Amalgams (which involved characters that were mergers of both DC Comics characters AND Marvel Comics characters - which were done briefly in the mid-to-late-1990s)

Bonus Points for including additional information, though it isn't strictly necessary.

Anyway, here's one of mine to start this out:

Dark Web (Batman + Spider-Man)

Real Name: Bruce Parker

Age: 38

Height: Six feet, two inches tall

Weight: 210 pounds (athletic muscular build, but not excessively so)

Eyes: Blue

Hair: Brown.

Costume: Mostly Black costume made out of a mix of high-grade Kevlar and Nomex (several layers of each) and consisting of bodysuit, gloves, boots and full-face mask. Mask has lens made from one-way mirrors that allow him to see out without anybody else seeing in. Bodysuit, gloves and boots are all covered in white spider-webs. Also a utility belt filled with all manner of generally useful equipment (such as lock-picks, detective equipment, spare cartridges for his web-shooters, microscopic tracers, smoke bombs, sleeping gas, tear gas capsules, precision-weighted throwing weapons and other things). Costume also has built-in web wings for gliding.

Skills: Master detective, Excellent escape artist, Multiple degree black belt in each of more than a dozen martial arts, Brilliant scientist, Master of disguise.

Powers: Strength, speed, agility, durability, stamina and senses are all 40 times greater than peak human, Precognitive danger sense, Wall/Ceiling Adhesion/Walking.

Equipment: Web shooters that can be modified to shoot a wide range of different versions of useful types of artificial spider-webbing of incredible strength and elasticity, Audio/Visual enhancement devices built into mask, Utility Belt loaded with a very wide range of generally useful devices, Other tools as needed.

Known Relatives: Thomas Parker (father; deceased), Martha Parker (mother; deceased), Benjamin Pennyworth and May Thompkins-Pennyworth (legal guardians), Richard Morales/Night Spider (adopted son)

Personality: As Bruce Parker, he pretends to be a rich, clumsy nerd, but still a great businessman AND a nice guy. As the Dark Web: He's grim, serious and intelligent, but still cares greatly about the innocent and his surviving family. While willing to be quite brutal in his efforts, the Dark Web DOES draw the line at killing, as he feels that it is the only rule that keeps him any better than the criminals he goes after. He also tends to be paranoid - to the point of setting up contingencies against super-powered allies to have a chance of stopping them in the event they go rogue - but still tries very hard to make sure those contingencies are only used as an absolute last resort (even if he is smart enough to know his contingencies fall into the hands of extremely intelligent criminals more often than he is comfortable with AND that a smart enough, determined enough criminal can find ways past even the best of security). While extremely territorial concerning New Gotham (to the point of ONLY accepting outside help in the most absolutely extremely of emergencies), he does have a deeply buried softer side that only the most trusted selected handful of individuals has gotten the privilege of seeing.

Backstory: Born to a wealthy family, Bruce Parker experienced the deaths of his parents when he was eight years old at the hands of robber Dennis Chill. Devoting his life to crime-fighting, Bruce spent fifteen years training his mind and body to the very peak of human performance learning a wide range of skills he knew he would very likely need before he got bit by a radioactive/genetically modified spider while attending a conference on scientific criminal investigation that was a bit too close to an experimental laboratory. As a result of the spider-bite, he gained a respectable range of powers reflecting those of a human sized spider. Ultimately, he ended up adopting a creature of the night alias that combines the most fearsome aspects of both a bat and a spider - the Dark Web. At this point in time, Bruce Parker has been active as the Dark Web for fifteen years.

Enemies: Norman Napier/the Green Gremlin, Oswald Toomes/the Bird of Prey, Jonathan Beck/Horror Show, Seregi Wilson/Deathstroke the Hunter, Kirk Connors/the Flying Reptile, Victor Octavius/the Arctic Octopus, Harvey Li/Double Negative, Waylon O`Hirin/the Big Monster, Felica Kyle/Lady Cat, Cletus Zsass/Redjack, Garfield Gargan/the Blazing Bug, Basil Marko/the Transformer, Edward Ohnn/the Mark, Hugo Brock/the Master Predator, Dennis Chill, Carmine Fisk, etc.
